Kimbell and Derrick did a great job Kimbell came over and we discussed and added upgrades to sys6. Derrick did the installation of the upgrades in a very knowledgeable and professional manner he showed up on time and did the work promptly when done cleaned up . He explained these upgrades made sure I understood the upgrades Derrick and Kimbel did a wonderful job 5 star service all around.

I love this company! I have been with this company since 2004. Fast, friendly service. Any issues they are prompt to fix it. I have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends and are very happy with there system. I have there alarm and camera system and are the lowest costs than other companies too. I highly recommend them.

Sam Sutula, our technician, took excellent care of us. He immediately replaced the bad sensor and even tightened the keypad on the wall, which had become loose. Sam was very friendly and professional. 👍🏼 Now, if we could just get Alert 360 to continue our 5% discount for paying our account annually, we would be very happy! We are senior citizens, always pay on time and Alert 360 receives a whole year paid in advance from us. We would like it to be a win-win situation for both sides. 👍🏼
