Service tech was awesome. Got me set up quickly and was one of the friendliest guys I've met down here. Only drawback was scheduling. Seems like everyone needs a five hour window for appointments. But service was great once he arrived.
Tech was here first thing and was very nice and knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my phone and he helped me with that.

Eggy was very pleasant, efficient, professional, personable, and informative. He was great with explaining what the issue was and what he needed to do to correct the issue. He made sure I was pleased with the end result before taking about the final total for the trip out. He also replaced my lawn signs with new ones without me having to ask, and was pleasant even after I missed him by a few minutes earlier and had to come back. I recommend he be paid for his work ethic, attitude, and efficiency performance.
