The scope of work included adding an additional control panel for our home. Your tech was fast, efficient and exceptionally professional. He called before his arrival as promised and arrived on time. Even though he had to climb up into the attic and make an access hole in the wall downstairs to connect the wiring, he finished up quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. The tech is awesome. However, I have a system in NY which can be remotely armed and disarmed as well as viewed on my Mac computer. Your system cannot do this. Very disappointing.
Derek waas the technician and he is courteous, knowledgeable, & Helpful too! Our problem was found & resolved. Recommend this technician to anyone. Kudos to Derek - great asset to the company!!!

Description of Complaint: 3 properties with a total of 6 break in's. 901 s 11th st.
