If you are looking for an alarm company, steer clear of Alert 360 - Corporate. Our alarm has not worked since March and they will not do anything to rectify the situation since our contract ends in two months. I had chalked the whole thing off to bad business until our fire alarm quit working a week ago. This means our family's safety is at risk; this is obviously a higher priority to me. You disconnected the wrong service after I emailed & sent death certificate. Then didn’t keep appointment to reconnect the service. The only thing good about it was the repairman.
