The technician was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was going to do, and then teaching me how to use the ap, fob, and key pad. He placed a towel on our wood floor before setting down his equipment.

Great customer experience!!
Company is very dishonest during the interview process. The two women I interviewed with, both lied and told my recruiter that I said I was unable to work the required shifts. Recruiter then contacted me with questions, and I reminded him I had already told him my availability was open. He said he'd "go to bat" for me and be in touch soon. Never heard from the guy again and never responded to my email.
