The service technician appeared to be very thorough in his assessment and resolution of our problem. i do find it ironic (but in a good way) that your company is willing to maintain older technology, letting the customer make the decision to "upgrade" (at a higher cost) in contrast to other companies that forces one to do so.

Technician Josh Duncan was very knowledgeable of the equipment and possible issues. He was proficient in his trouble shooting abilities and addressed each possible problem with the system. Found and fixed the problem and also took care of another issue unrelated to the service call.
