Outstanding company! The salesman, *****, explained the products well and scheduled an install that week. The install team arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgeable. ****** installed all of the cameras and was professional and courteous throughout the day. This company is top notch and reasonable for the services and products received. I highly recommend Alert 360.

Alert360 is the best alarm company/service provider I have ever dealt with. I had a CO2 sensor go bad, made a call and got service scheduled. The tech was prompt to arrive after calling ahead. He replaced the bad device and ran a test on the system in less than 30 minutes.
Technician was excellent. Shared information, and fixed issue. He was respectful and approachable. My only negative is that I was told when I started a contract that after equipment was paid of, that the monthly cost would be around $28 dollars and instead it is $68. They worked with my wife a little and now I'm paying $58.
