My technician **** was so very professional. He notified me 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He quickly fixed my problem and showed me the reason for my issue. Alert 360 has always had very respectful customer ********************** and technicians. I give them an A+

Customer ********************** is excellent. I recommend Alert 360 to everyone I know. What I really love about them is that they send the same tech out every time I need someone to come out and add an extra camera or fix a sensor or whatever it may be, its always the same person. I like this because I dont have to worry about different people in and out of my house.
