We were due an upgrade to our system and the Agent contacted my elderly parents several times. Finally a letter allowed me to respond. The Agent was friendly. Knew exactly where to go to get his work done and the system was complete. Looking forward to keeping Alert 360 system as it is affordable and reliable.

The technician came out on Monday August 4th, 2025. The tech replaced batteries and added a motion detector. The tech was professional and courteous.

The technician that came to our home was outstanding. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. Friendly and professional. My only reservation with Alert 360 was the root cause of the problem - a power outage unpaired one of our panels from the main panel. When calling the problem into Alert 360 tech support, the *** was unable to re-pair the panel and had to send a technician onsite. That normally results in a trip charge.
