I have been a customer for over a year with no problems at all. They are always responsive to all my calls for questions about questions on the system. I did have a false alarm and they needed to send out a technician. They immediately scheduled a repair man. He had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes because he knew the system so well. He also continued to check the entire system to make sure everything was in tiptop condition.

Technician arrived within time specified. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue immediately. He replaced a bad sensor within 15 minutes.

My experience (replacing a prior service) was perfection. The install was timely and error free, conducted by an obviously skilled professional who was courteous, genial, and knowledgeable. My peace of mind is restored. And, since companies are only as good as the employees that represent them, this company is very fortunate indeed. So too are the customers!
