Technician was excellent. Shared information, and fixed issue. He was respectful and approachable. My only negative is that I was told when I started a contract that after equipment was paid of, that the monthly cost would be around $28 dollars and instead it is $68. They worked with my wife a little and now I'm paying $58.
Great job. Very professional.would use again. everything required to make everything work properly was handled.
