My alarm on the home security system was chirping and showing a problem on the keypad. **** from Alert 360 came today and within 5 minutes found a wiring issue. It was quickly fixed.

Very responsive company in every aspect. You always get to talk to a human immediately and they either can help you or refer you to someone who can. My problems are always solved with one phone call . Then they usually call back to make sure my problem was taken care of. ****** our service representative came, and within 30 minutes had the problem diagnosed and repaired.and our system is working fine again.

I have had my security system for 4 years. In the past year I had a system problem alert display on my keypad noting that my system had a problem and then the beeping started. I contacted Alert 360 and they promptly sent out a technician. After a little trouble shooting and reprogramming the technician fixed the problem. Thank goodness the beeping has stopped!!!! Thanks again for the excellent customer **********************.
