Alert 360 took over my original alarm system and has done an excellent job of improving the original system. The previous alarm company was slow to respond to my alarm which I found out had farmed out the monitoring the alarm. Alarm 360 takes care of everything in house.

Technician was on time and professional. He took the time to explain the smartphone app and keypad settings before leaving. As a bonus, he installed a new doorbell chime and answered all of my miscellaneous questions. Very satisfied.
