Service provider dispatched their employee many miles away (if I recall correctly it was approx 100 miles) to perform service. I was shocked because often had various types of providers who take forever when they are in same city. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

Just had system installed yesterday. The tech was great and the sales guys I spoke with prior were terrific as well. The tech did a very thorough job of setting up the sensors and explaining how everything works. I'm glad I chose 360.

This alarm company has given us excellent protection via door, window magnetic switches, interior motion detectors as well as 4 cameras outside our home. In particular the service technician Jonathan ****** has always solved any issues where others failed
The tech was very knowledgeable and knows what he was doing. He came in diagnosed the problem and gave me multiple options to solve the problems and fixed and tested and left.
