Anthony and Angel have been excellent technicians when responding to troubleshooting and any questions I have had.
Best Alarm company I have ever used! We have Alert 360 at our company and our home. Installation took about 1/2 a day for alarm and security cameras. The technician Thomas was VERY knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining everything to us before they left. I recommend Alert 360 to anyone whom asks about getting a security system.
Gene did a great job with the sensors on our older system. Arrived earlier than promised which helped us out considerably since we had work being performed that might have otherwise had to be delayed.
My experience with the salesman over the phone was just okay is why I only gave 4 stars, while I was pleased with my deal, however the technician Colton who came to put up the equipment was awesome! He was very enthusiastic and took time to explain to me how to use my equipment and very patient. I’m so glad I’m continuing my services with 360 as I have been with the company for years.
