The technician that came and worked on my Moms system this morning was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed done to fix her problem. He swiched it to a wireless system instead of through the phone line. He was good to explain why he was doing that and good at answering my questions. He even called in and got the information and prices for changing our system, also Alert 360, over to the type he used on Moms. We have used Alert 360 since before they changed names and haven't had any issues on the phone or in person... read more

I had disconnected my land line so my alarm service needed to be updated. The installer was courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He explained the updates and I am very pleased with my new system. I would highly recommend.
