We are currently living in Germany but still investing in real estate in Illinois. Agent recommended Alessandro after a failure of communication with previous lender. It's a bit more work to buy when out of the country, but Alessandro and his team did a great job. Communication was always prompt and courteous. We will use again.

Being a first time home buyer, my knowledge of the process and costs were very minimum. Alessandro was helping me figure out what I needed to be and what to expect before I even decided to go with him. He was very knowledgeable about the do's and dont's of buying a home and what to look out for. He was upfront and honest with what fees I would be paying for. Alessandro has handled the loan on the last 2 homes we purchased. He works with us during hours a standard bank would not, and did everything in his power to make us feel informed and confident from pre-approval, to home selection, to closing.

Alessandro was amazing through this whole process. We started very early and prepped to her ready for the preapproval process. He was great and helped walk me through every piece of it. Then after getting preapproved, he was great in helping submit the offer and getting set up with the closing process. Alessandro and his team made this whole loan process simple and painless. From start to finish they are the absolute best people to work with! They keep you in the loop constantly with updates on the status of your loan, and are easily accessible for any questions you might have throughout the process.
