I worked with Alessandro basically all summer, while he helped me achieve all my mortgage needs. After a deal fell through earlier in the summer, he was quick to respond with all other inquiries I had. The paperwork process was virtually painless. He didn't try and talk me into something I couldn't afford and never got the salesman vibe from him. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. I've had a couple family members use him as well and have never heard a complaint.

I had the pleasure of working with Alessandro and Swenia from People's Home Equity this past July 2017 to purchase a home in Aurora, IL. We had a quick closing date per the contract, and Alessandro and Swenia worked diligently to ensure financing was in place with plenty of time to close on the house. They both were extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process! I cannot recommend Alessandro enough.

Alessandro Madonia and his team made the mortgage process straightforward and comfortable. After initial phone conversations, we were able to handle all necessary documentation issues via email. Our pre-closing meeting and the closing itself was smooth and successful. Alessandro is a knowledgable and thoughtful professional, and we are very happy that our realtor recommended him to us.

Alessandro made the process very easy for us and had great communication all along the way. The attorneys at our closing even commented on how well everything was done on the lender's end. Would use them again for sure,

Alessandro was both incredibly knowledgeable & willing to help. He and his team were readily available and guided us well through our purchase of a short-sale. There were a few unexpected hurdles on the side of the seller due to the nature of a short-sale, and Alessandro and his team were invaluable throughout the process.
