It has been 33 years since we purchased our last home, so the whole process has changed considerably. Alessandro and his entire team made the process easy, painless and worry free. Allesandro and the whole team at PHE were great to work with. As a first time home buyer, they were very helpful throughout the whole process and were always responsive when I had questions. They underwrite the loan right there on-site, so no dealing with an adviser who shops you out to multiple banks. The closing process went extremely smooth and closing costs came out lower than expected. Would absolutely recommend PHE to anyone looking for a mortgage!

My wife and I recently bought our first home and worked with Alessandro and his team. They were very helpful, responsive, and helped explain the process every step of the way. I could not ask for anything more from Alessandro and his team. Professional, fast, available, knowledgeable and friendly are reasons to give anyone 5 stars. What impressed me was the way they accommodated my busy schedule so easily and seamlessly. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes of my time, it was easier and faster than expected.
