My wife and I just wanted to say a big “Thank You” to Kennedy for all the help he provided with our out of state purchase. We wouldn’t have had a successful purchase without him. He is smart, organized, always well prepared, and you never have to worry that he’s not on top of things. Kennedy went above and beyond and anyone needing a buyer’s agent would be lucky to have Kennedy in their corner.

James was excellent throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond in so many areas. For example, he reached out to the seller's agent for a unit I was interested in but hadn't seen yet to make sure that I wouldn't run into any issues in purchasing the home. Jenn was a huge help to my fiancé and I finding our new home. To start we provided Jenn with several listings we wished to take a detailed look at. Jenn was able to schedule all the viewings for us in one day (as we were coming from out of state), additionally she was able to get us a special viewing the day before an open house; which was the property we ended up falling in love with and purchasing. Jaison was the best part of this house hunting process! He was always available and remarkably set up house viewings that matched my schedule. At viewings, Jaison was well prepared and knew everything about the home that I needed to know. He gave very honest feedback and advice. We had an amazing experience with Jennifer and Team. I love that listings are updated and available to you online. We were able to schedule showings immediately and at our convinience. Once we entered the contract, Jennifer was consistent, responsive, and coordinated with the rest of the team (seller, seller agent, seller attorney, our lender and our attorney) to make the closing process seamless for us. We sold our first condo last year with Jaison's help. He was incredibly supportive and walked us through the entire process. We were moving several states away, and he personally intervened on multiple occasions to keep everything moving smoothly. He went above and beyond to to make everything as easy as possible.
