Omar is local to New Jersey and knows each town in extreme detail. He was quick to respond to show us homes and offered sound advice on how to put forth an enticing offer. During this crazy market, it took us almost one year to find our home, and Omar was extremely patient the entire journey. He even offered great advice when it came down to the negotiation and terms. Dan and his team did a superior job advising us of the market conditions and preparing for the property listing with excellent text and images. The listing and showings went without a hitch and the final prep which included a cleaning service for the bathrooms, kitchens and floors was a wonderful bonus. The closing was on-time and went smoothly. Excellent all round!
