Kennedy was great to work with! Kennedy was our realtor for the purchase of a home in NJ and was just a pleasure to work with. Always helpful and has a nice, calm demeanor. Kennedy was available when needed to answer questions or talk through options and made sure to give us timely updates throughout the process. Additionally, the office team of the Sikora Group are great as well and super helpful.
I work in finance (no, not a bro... there is a point to saying that, don't worry). I work with the best (and arguably the worst) salespeople and my job, in part, is to evaluate them, so I obviously deal with salespeople every day. Pushy salespeople are off-putting. Salespeople without a process or plan, are frustratingly ineffective. Pure "relationship" salespeople without the domain knowledge to back it up, come up short when times are challenging. Jenn was our realtor in jersey city and we are very happy with her help and love the home we purchased! Jenn was able to meet contractors at the home when we weren’t around which was a big help to us and she is very knowledgeable and kind! Jaison goes above and beyond! When I moved to Los Angeles in 2019 and needed to rent my house, he helped me find a great tenant. It was my first time as a landlady, so I leaned on him and his expertise. Since he was so helpful and already familiar with my property, it only made sense to have him sell my house this year.
