Omar is local to New Jersey and knows each town in extreme detail. He was quick to respond to show us homes and offered sound advice on how to put forth an enticing offer. Dan and his team did a superior job advising us of the market conditions and preparing for the property listing with excellent text and images. The listing and showings went without a hitch and the final prep which included a cleaning service for the bathrooms, kitchens and floors was a wonderful bonus. The closing was on-time and went smoothly. Excellent all round!
Tara knows the area and the market like the back of her hand. Even when we were at our most frustrated moment searching for a home she kept her cool and easily navigated the market to help us find what we were looking for. Nothing is an overnight process but she was able to work very quickly to find us a home. She was in constant contact with us and easy to reach.
