As a first time home buyer, Kevin was able to explain and guide me through the process step by step. Even before the time came to make an offer, Kevin worked so patiently with me and made sure I found the home that was right for ME ("settling" was never an option)! Kevin has extreme knowledge of the area and was able to answer any question that came up (everything from hiking trails to preferred grocery stores). Erik understood the kind of house we were looking for and took the time to keep track of homes that fitted our needs/criteria. Once we found the house we wanted he went out of his way to make the deal happen. Overall we were happy that everything went smoothly and we were able to close within a month.
