Marina was nothing short of amazing through this entire process. She made multiple trips to the property for me as I was buying it from out of state. She also did her due diligence on the property and her follow up was amazing which led me to get it under ask (a pretty tough feat in this market). She also worked directly with my contractor to make sure they were able to get in and view the property so that we could get renovations started immediately. I highly recommend her and anyone would be lucky to work with her.
