After Tara blew us away with the sale of our home, you bet we used her for our new home purchase. She once again navigated the sale to perfection while dealing with the sellers agent who proved to be a total nightmare to say the least . Dan was the agent for the Jersey City apartment we just sold. He was always available to answer our questions and help with any issues with apartment. He was extremely tech savvy and able to show our apartment both online and offline. He understands the markets well and has a keen sense of market trends. Kevin was our realtor and helped us find the perfect home! He was always available and showed us homes in various different towns. Kenny was great! Very responsive and on top of all of the listing details / appointments. Answered all of our questions truthfully and negotiated with our building to get us the best deal! Kevin helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and explained the process from just looking at homes, through negotiations, and closing. He even helped us get an inspector and attorney since we didn't know anyone, and they were great recommendations. I highly recommend using Kevin, he made everything extremely easy.

Bottom-line, Ken was professional and extremely responsive. Ken lent his knowledge of the Hoboken area, and facilitated a successful negotiation which led to my girlfriend and I finding the perfect home within only a few days. Ken was also honest through-out the search process, and went beyond to advocate for us while closing. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Ken, especially for anyone searching in the Hoboken/ Jersey city area.
