I can't say enough about how great the service from All About Heat & Air gave us this weekend! I called on a Saturday morning with a problem concerning my heat pump. They gave me an appointment for the next day, Sunday, because they work 7 days a week. Within an hour they had called back to offer me an appointment that very day due to a cancellation. Two technicians replaced our old HVAC unit helped by one for a couple of hours. They began working at 9am and finished by 2pm! Their workmanship was exemplary.

They came on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem at no cost. Then they saved us over $1700 by finding a replacement motor and controller and not buying it from Bryant/Carrier. They found one nearby and installed it on Monday. We had originally contacted one of the larger, established local firms who charged us just to diagnose the problem and wanted to order the OEM replacement.
