Called at 11 am and arrived 1:30 pm and completed job by 3 pm. Serviceman was very helpful and pleasant. Very efficient. Richard was excellent.

The plumbers showed up on time and did an excellent job of removing our old water heater and installing a new one. They were very professional in their workmanship. The new water heater was installed much better than the original one that came with the house. <br /> Very satisfied and would use them again. <br />

Chris was my initial contact who came to house for initial free estimate. Very punctual, very professional and was very thorough in his assessment of my project. Gave me details regarding his plan for the project; did not rush while here; answered all questions. <br /> Richard and Tim did the actual work on 7/24/14 and 7/25/14. We had an extremely positive experience today with this company. Nate (the plumber assigned to us) was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. He showed up on time (a few minutes early, in fact!), he diagnosed the problem quickly, and then proceeded to make the necessary repairs within a relatively short time frame. We were hearing a strange gurgling noise coming from the basement drain which drops directly into the main sewage line. Fearing the worst, we called All About Plumbing, and Richard came out to investigate. He decided that there must have been something impeding the water flow which produced that noise, so we opted to have him clean out the sewage line.
