All About Plumbing installed this outside faucet originally and so it was covered under their excellent warranty. We noticed that the faucet was leaking on top when the water was running, which indicated a leaky seal. Richard came out and for whatever reason the top of the faucet would not come off. Richard ended up replacing the entire unit and now it works like a charm. Very happy with Richard and his work.

They did a great job, however plumber had to come back to fix a small leak that reappeared. After that, everything has been perfectly dry - no water. Very responsive, very professional. I'll use them again when I need a plumber. <br />

Great guy --- on time - kept appointment that was made a week earlier. I didn't have to call or anything - which is unusual with a lot of home renovation people. Very professional and personable. <br />

Once I made the request, Nate Rice of the company contacted me almost immediately after the request was sent to the company. He established an appointment time and arrived shortly before the agreed upon time. <br /> Nate was very professional and friendly at the same time. <br /> When the problem was identified, we agreed on the price. He had to leave to get the new toilet but when he came back a short time later, he took out the old toilet and installed the new one.
