All About Septic came to western Haywood County to pump my septic tank. I was not able to be at home but spoke with them on the phone. They were very courteous and took the time to explained exactly what they had done and the charges. I would definitely call All About Septic again if I am in need of this type service in the future!

Very polite young man arrived on time and worked hard by himself digging in the frozen ground. Was later joined by a second guy. No issues with the tank cleaning as far as we know. But was surprised at the very high cost and will be searching for less costly alternatives next time. ( I also forgot to give them my coupon for $ 10 Off from the postcard you sent. - Darn it!)
