Punctual, knowledgable and friendly.
Very polite young man arrived on time and worked hard by himself digging in the frozen ground. Was later joined by a second guy. No issues with the tank cleaning as far as we know. But was surprised at the very high cost and will be searching for less costly alternatives next time. ( I also forgot to give them my coupon for $ 10 Off from the postcard you sent. - Darn it!)

Team that came out and pumped our septic tank were professional and very patient and answered all our questions we had as septic tank newbies. We utilized the emergency service on a Saturday and they fit us in at the end of the day.
