Due to Hurricane Helene our sewage backed up into our basement living space. I called on Monday Sept 30th & was told they would come Wed. On Wed I called & found out they tried on Tues. but the National guard wouldn't let them in here. I was in tears. They tried again on Thurs. & Ethan made it here in the morning. We are their regular customers. Ethan was so efficient & supportive. He then told me about a Restorative Water damage company that he sent our informational situation.
