Ethan and his partner did an excellent job cleaning and performing preventative maintenance on our Septic System. Additionally, Ethan was able to answer several questions that we had and make suggestions on how to better take care of the system in the long term. Very professional from start to finish everything was on time and even early but the last time that I had a septic pump, it was 375. That was only three years ago no extra hundred for this no extra 250 for that no extra crap for that so Congratulations you went to the seminar. Learned Pregnhow to over charge!

Due to Hurricane Helene our sewage backed up into our basement living space. I called on Monday Sept 30th & was told they would come Wed. On Wed I called & found out they tried on Tues. but the National guard wouldn't let them in here. I was in tears. They tried again on Thurs. & Ethan made it here in the morning.
