Our dog Dinah was taken care of by the most compassionate people as was our family. We made the tough decision to let her go. They were so great i can’t thank them enough.

Our Goldendoodle had a surgical wound reopen 2 days postoperative. We typically receive our care in Sioux City. I called the Pet ER and immediately, the staff was caring and sympathetic on the phone. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes from Dakoa Dunes to Sioux Falls to have our pet seen and treated. Every single person we interacted with was so sweet, compassionate, and caring!! Really happy with the care our German Shepherd, Easton, received during his stay. Dr. Teachout was phenomenal and really appreciate his care and approach. We unfortunately had to put our favorite guy down, but reassuring and calming knowing he was in such great care with the staff there.

The doctors and staff have proved be the best. The testing and care for my wife's pet dog, Leite, has proved to be outstandingly better than we could have imagined. Because of the care at All City Pet Care South Leite is alive and doing well. We were afraid we had seen the end. But not so after care with All City Pet Care. I'm amazed and ever thankful.

My lil heeler mix girl got so she couldnt breathe well, i was terrified, all local vets were buzy(i live 50 miles away),, but when i brought her to All City, we were greeted with so much care love and kindness, the vet was so careful with her, explained she had pneumonia, and showed xrays and prescribed treatment, shes doing better lil at a time!!!!! On February 8th, Major, our 13-year-old German Shepard was injured by a vehicle. We rushed him to All City Pet Care ER where we were met by the staff. They rushed Major in and gave him pain meds to make him comfortable. The doctor assessed his injuries and reported to us immediately. His right hip was popped out, and he had a herniated diagram which would require surgery. The surgery would take place the next morning. I want to personally thank all the staff that was there the evening of Saturday 11/12/22. Everyone was so compassionate and caring when I brought my beloved Jazmin in. Unfortunately it was not the outcome I had hoped for, but the care and sympathy they showed during this difficult time was superior. I received her ashes back today and cannot thank them enough for the excellent attention and service they provided.

We had a chihuahua that we did not know had heart failure. We took him in early sunday morning, the staff was amazing they were patient and kind as my wife and I sat there crying, they helped walk us through every option that was available and the price yet while maintaining our dog not to be in any pain. Only place I will go for now they are phenomenal and we are so greatful

I highly recommend this place!!! I took my dog Braxton into the ER this morning because he wouldn’t stop puking. The vet and technicians there took great care of him, he has very bad anxiety and fear of strangers, and by the end of the visit he was giving them kisses and showing the cute side of him that no one gets to see! Everything was also surprisingly affordable for an ER visit which I was very happy with.
