RecommendedWow! What a great experience for a not so great circumstance. Thankful for them answering the phone in the middle of the night! Was not thrilled we couldn't go in with our GSD due to Covid, but they could not have made it any more comfortable for our baby, or us! Thank you to Kylee, Dr. Heidi, and Kreisha for taking the best care, answering all of our questions, and helping our pup get back to himself!
RecommendedWe had an unusual issue and I brought my dog in, without going into lengthy specifics, Heidi went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. I don't know what I would have done had she not been able to provide me the information she did. I cannot thank her enough!!!
RecommendedHad my Dwarf Netherland rabbit spayed she didn’t eat the first 24 hours I was worried and unfortunately original vet was not available. These guys were very friendly and were able to give me not only answers but the reassurance that she was going to be ok.

RecommendedHad to take our cat Fritz at 3am last night. Tiffany and Dr Teachout were absolutely amazing. We called ahead to let them know we would be coming. They were ready for us when we got there. Because of Covid 19 we called when we got there and Tiffany came out and got the story on Fritz and took him back in for examination. Then the Dr called back and expressed what he felt was best. RecommendedThe Doctors and staff at All City sincerely love every pet that comes to them. They work very hard to make sure that each one gets the utmost care. Our little Chantilly Lace, is a Mini Chihuahua. She was having seizures, and had never had them before, we truly thought we were going to loose her. Several Doctors, including Dr Heidi Hanson, took our little girl, and got the seizures stopped, and under control. Seems she has a form of epilepsy, and will be on medication from now on.
