RecommendedEveryone was so kind to us when we came in with our dog, Delta. We were seen much quicker than expected. We had just adopted him a few weeks prior and gave us quite the scare and he stayed for 2 days. We appreciated that the doctor gave us different options in different price ranges. We were so sad to leave our pup at the ER but we felt that he was in good hands, which made us feel much better. After about a week he was a brand new man! We will 100% recommend to any of our friends who are fur parents.

RecommendedWhen you’re from Sioux City, the last thing you want to hear from your vet is “You need to go to Sioux Falls.” My doggo had an emergency that needed to be taken care of immediately, and unfortunately the vets in Sioux City didn’t have the capacity to take care of over the weekend. All City Pet Care was amazing. My dog was promptly seen and sent into surgery in less than an hour from arriving. RecommendedOur 3 dogs all ended up with Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis and spent time hospitalized. One of them was in shock and almost dead but thanks to the staff all 3 survived �

RecommendedI don’t normally leave reviews for anything but I just wanted to say that the team at ACPC ER are absolutely a good standard of care. After an exhaustive and terrifying 23 hours without my dog after a serious case of unknown cause vomiting I feel like I can relax a bit more seeing him back to himself. RecommendedThe staff here is amazing and took the time to figure out what was wrong with my Dog Pepper. The diagnosis wasn’t what you want for your pet and she had to stay the night in the hospital, but everyone was so comforting and reassuring and said I could call and check on her anytime! She is home now and doing great and I am just so grateful for this place! I live 2 hours away but will definitely be back! Thank you so much for what you do!
RecommendedWe are so grateful to have an Emergency care Hospital here in Sioux Falls. Luna has had to make 2 visits there on the weekends in the last few weeks. The receptionists and techs are friendly, caring and helpful. Both veterinarians were compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable; Dr. Teachout and one other.
