I really appreciate that there is 24 hour emergency vet care in Sioux Falls. All staff members at All City Pet Care South ER conveyed genuine care and were nonjudgmental . I appreciated the explanations of what was done, what to expect, etc. I’d like to say thank you to all of the staff at All City Pet Care South for bringing such quality care to my dog during a troubling and scary moment.

From the time I walked in they were professional and was all about my dog Rocky. Each and everyone that had a part in his care were so gentle and respectful to him. They were over every chart, medication, and told me if I needed anything to call. I’m very thankful they could take him right in to be examined. If your a semi truck driver and your ex military there’s a VFW across the street.

I had to bring in my cat to the ER about a month and a half ago and he was extremely ill. The vet and technicians were so sweet and helpful to me during the entire time even when we had to put him asleep. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. They got me a print of his paw and helped me set up to get his ashes. I will forever be grateful of them. Bear was in such great hands. ❤️

I’ve been taking my pets to All City for years. They have always been very kind and passionate. They also have great groomers on site.
