Lots of bins/boxes crushed, no leadership in a 7 man team, two guys almost got into a fist fight, gave very specific instructions with unload and boxes and it wasn’t followed well, they played with my kids toys and got on my husbands exercise equipment without asking, smoked inside the truck with our stuff in it and in our garage, used profane language (also in front of my young kids), a few were on their phone a lot and a few really slacked. Nope. I do not recommend.
The estimate was so off. Did not move everything. 3000 in furniture damage. walls and door jams damaged and local managers ignored us and finally got reply back 3 months later that they will give me 222.00 or nothing. Would never recommend. They are not a professional moving company.
I would have put 0 stars if I could have. I had a move scheduled two months in advance from the Indianapolis location.They called me the morning of my move and told me they had to cancel because they were overbooked. This was 3 hours before we were supposed to move. What is particularly frustrating is that 48 hours before they called to cancel they sent me an email confirming my moving time and availability. I would definitely not recommend using this company. One of the movers stole my wedding ring. We filed a claim, but they have no interest in compensating us because “they don’t move jewelry.”🙄 Anytime I hear someone say that they are moving, I will be certain to tell them this story.
I moved 40 mins away and they charged me over $1000 for 3 hours to load. They didn't even use a company truck but a Ryder rental truck. Alot of furniture/appliances were broken or damaged. They were also scheduled at 8 and didn't arrive until 9:30 that morning.
This is the worst moving company we have ever used. They were SEVEN hours late. We scheduled them for 11am and waited around until 5:45 for them to show. Then they couldn't seem to drive to the right locations and wasted more time. The relatively small job finished at 9:30pm. Absolutely pathetic.
I have elderly friends who hired all my sons moving and storage. They were scammed and cannot recover any of their money. They hired 6 men and 3 huge trucks, 2 men left after the first 2 hours. I have posted images of how the trucks were packed. Yes, the pictures are of the “loaded” trucks. Most of the items in their boxes are now broken. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience on two back to back moves! Everything from hitting on my daughter, puking in the front yard, leaving my husband sitting for hours waiting on them to arrive only to call and find out they never called him to tell him they broke down, to my biggest concern, LOTS of damage to furniture. I can overlook some dents and dings, but they broke off the legs to my dresser, told me they would replace it, then offered me $120 check! Insulting. My experience was that I needed to move my elderly mother’s apartment furnishings to a storage unit across the street from her apartment. My brother and I packed ever and had it ready to go. I had called ahead on Monday for availability and quote for a move the following Friday. I called a few other places and this was the best price.
