Cancelled on me the morning of my move!? Took my down payment and sent me the retainer quote and few in advance, then the morning of my move told me they couldn’t move me for another four days. Had to scramble to find a RELIABLE mover last minute to move us on the same day, save yourself the stress and time and do the same!

These jerks moved my new neighbors in and backed the truck in the driveway with the front of the truck sticking out in the street nearly blocking both lanes of traffic. They didn’t put any cones out or have anyone directing traffic around the truck. Some drivers had to squeeze through and others had to make U-turns and take alternate routes. RecommendedI was very disappointed to find out that I was unable to leave a tip on my credit card at the end of the move. My movers Aaron and James were great. I gave them all the cash I had on me which wasn’t enough. This policy needs to change
This company should be in the trash business because this is what I think when I hear this company’s name. I’m not one to leave reviews but after a scheduled move tomorrow with them. That was scheduled in early May. We get a call from them today saying that they have had a bad couple of days and they were going to have to cancel. Instead of trying to reschedule to a later date they wished us luck with our move. Garbage. Who cancels less than 24 hours?
All My Sons canceled on us an hour before they were supposed to arrive. Instead, Colt Moving Indianapolis IN Movers saved the day!
(Written by my wife) I have done a lot of moving over the past 10 years and have dealt with a lot of moving companies. My husband and I frequently have moved stuff in and out of my condo to a storage unit for our tenants. We should’ve listened to the reviews we read! We have never had a company estimate a price and then try and double it upon arrival! What makes it worse is we made a $100 deposit that we were told was to reserve a time slot at 12pm. I had my move scheduled for today and got jerked around all day. Kept getting told they were 10 minutes away and never showed up. DO NOT WASTE AN ENTIRE DAY WAITING LIKE I DID!

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have. Out of nearly 20 lifetime moves, my experience with them was the worst of all.
