I have elderly friends who hired all my sons moving and storage. They were scammed and cannot recover any of their money. They hired 6 men and 3 huge trucks, 2 men left after the first 2 hours. I have posted images of how the trucks were packed. Yes, the pictures are of the “loaded” trucks. Most of the items in their boxes are now broken. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience on two back to back moves! Everything from hitting on my daughter, puking in the front yard, leaving my husband sitting for hours waiting on them to arrive only to call and find out they never called him to tell him they broke down, to my biggest concern, LOTS of damage to furniture. I can overlook some dents and dings, but they broke off the legs to my dresser, told me they would replace it, then offered me $120 check! Insulting. My experience was that I needed to move my elderly mother’s apartment furnishings to a storage unit across the street from her apartment. My brother and I packed ever and had it ready to go. I had called ahead on Monday for availability and quote for a move the following Friday. I called a few other places and this was the best price. The next day I called to schedule and they raised the price by $60/hr and the number of hours minimum charged was raised by 1. So a job I thought would cost $600 actually cost $900. I had the absolute worst moving experience using All My Sons. The customer service is extremely lacking, they are dishonest, overcharge and bill you for materials that weren't used, and they absolutely do not attempt to protect your belongings - they could care less if they break or damage your possessions. The claims department is a complete joke and does not pay out claim amounts even close to covering the cost of damage. Professionalism is non-existent at all points of contact. To make a long story short, a box (which was visibly full of electronics/high-value equipment) went "missing" during our move. I specifically instructed the movers to leave that particular box, as it was still open and I preferred to move that box on my own, in my personal vehicle. We were so bummed and would not recommend to anyone at this time. We bought all of the recommended packaging supplies, mattress bags, etc. The movers dropped our bed frame on the driveway as they were carrying it in. They removed the protective mattress covering we purchased while it was still on the truck so the mattress was dirty when brought into our home. They dropped the piano inside the house, damaging the floor. They damaged, scratched, and put dings in our bed, dresser, bookshelf, and piano. They put small holes and ... read more

Robbed me blind. Two of the employees were picked up in middle of my move and took $3,000- $5,000 worth of my belongings. I have cried everyday since the move realizing what they have taken. I feel completely violated. My winter shoes gone. My children's heirlooms (grandpa's coins)gone. Alexia's gone. Bedroom comforter gone. And the list goes on. I am disgusted with this company and their employees.

All my sons I contacted this company to move some large furniture units I didn’t want broken. I explained this to the first person I spoke with and he assured me that they could move the items. I was contacted again to confirm the appointment and what I wanted moved. I thought everything was good but when they came to move us, they told me that they in fact, could not move the things I had wanted done in the first place! Flat pack furniture can not be moved. The movers did not wrap or protect any of our furniture and damaged almost every piece they moved. In addition they took apart a foosball table and when we received at our other house most of the pieces were missing. Finally, they came onsite and reviewed our moving needs and gave us a job estimate of $3,256. The job actually cost us $5,570.09. I would never use again.
