Worst moving experience I've ever had. This company completely lacks customer service and professionalism. When I called to tell them about my horrible experience all I got was "sorry". The reason you hire movers is to reduce stress during moving, I had the opposite experience. Go with another company and save yourself the stress!!!
WORST experience ever. Hidden charges, movers begging for tips, lazy, and so much damage. The guys didn't disassemble anything. My husband and I were running around like chickens with our head cut off. They tried to leave our fridge in the garage, our treadmill in the old house, downright refused to move our bunk beds until we took them apart, and after numerous attempts to tell them where things belonged, they still didn't end up in the right places.
