UPDATE Dec 2018 - booked this company again for a second move for December 1st. Booked and paid deposit on November 13th, and was told we were down for a morning move. On November 29 received call that we'd been rescheduled for an afternoon move. Not ideal, but fine. On December 1st at 12:30pm, received call that they would not be able to get to us that day. When I asked what solution they had for me, I was told they could move me the next day, or I could look for other movers who could move us last minute. WORST experience.... read more

ON JAN 31ST I HAD THE MOVERS COME TO MY PLACE TO MOVE ME THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE MOVE WENT VERY WELL THE GUYS WERE FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKERS BUT WHEN WE GOT TO MY NEW PLACE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY LOST THE SCREWS TO MY MIRROR FOR MY DRESSER I WAS TOLD TO GO TO A HARDWARE STORE TO BUY SOME AND HAVE SOMEONE TO PUT THE MIRROR ON WELL I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE SOME THE ONE GUY PUT THE MIRROR ON BUT NOT VERY GOOD THEN AFTER THEY LEFT I NOTICED THE HEADBOARD WAS NOT ON RIGHT ON MY BED SO I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD THE MOV... read more

Don’t trust their quotes!! I wish I had reviewed Angie’s list comments prior to hiring. Actual price MUCH HIGHER. ANd ready no the reviews seems to be a REGULAR occurrence. Very nice but won’t recommend as the price is not worth it!!!

Damaged majority of our furniture. Hidden fees/charges that were not explained up front. We left voicemail, emailed, and Facebook messages to let them know our items were damaged and never returned any calls or messages. We wouldn’t use again and will be calling Two Men and a Truck when our house is finished.

Horrible movers. Broke my furniture then falsified documents in an attempt to "prove lack of liability" not my signature and wrong last name on the document they provided me. Look for a company that is not fraudulent.

I recommend finding another mover. They were unprofessional, had us wait all day for them, and then at 4:30 called and said they couldn't come today because their truck broke down, but could come early tomorrow. Sounds like they overbook and if your lucky enough to get in, hopefully they don't damage your things as I read in previous reviews. Wish I would have read the reviews earlier!

Drivers hit my garage enroute to their destination. NO one, not even the corporate office is returning my calls. After posting about it on fb, many of my friends commented that this company lost furniture, damaged furniture without reimbursement, and one friend even said that the movers took a box of baby clothes when they didn't receive a tip. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS.

Don't use this company. Canceled twice on me, said they would call places for me to see about same day. That was at 8:45am. I have called twice. Once was told he is on a smoke break and will call back. An hour and a half later I call, he is wrapping up a call and will call me in 2 minutes. It is now almost 3:00PM and not a single call back. For as stressful as moving is in the first place, they will only add to your frustration.

First of all I was told they would be at my home before noon. At 2:00 pm I called to see where they were. They had just made it to to another house to unload which meant they wouldn't be at my house till 4:00pm. They called at four and told us it would be another hour but they would bring another mover. When they got to my new home they just kept saying to hurry because they wanted to leave. They scratched my hardwood floors not once but 12 different spots.
