Used All My Sons Moving & Storage for my most recent move. Very disappointed. First, they would not park their truck on the grass so they ended up hauling all items halfway around the house and up a hill to reach their truck. This added extra time loading. Then, when moving the china hutch they tipped it on end and when they reached their truck they tipped it right side up with enough force to break all of the glass shelves. The WORST moving company ever! First and last time I will use one. Make sure to do your research!! I sure did not and I paid for it. They do not carry the correct tools and they are unprofessional and will break your stuff due to both! Billy showed up and said he was not told he needed tools after I explained over the phone I had a BIG bed when scheduling them. the ENTIRE point of hiring a moving company.” Was because of my bed. Please beware this company. I booked with them a month ago and they told me $169 per hour, I only have a few items to move so it definitely would’ve only taken one hour to finish. They wait until 2 days before I have to be out of the house to tell me there’s a 3 hour minimum, which would total over $500. I asked why they didn’t tell me this when I booked and they just said they didn’t know why I wasn’t told. they showed up late. they didn't want to do the job. wanted to reschedule. were supposed to pack and move but only brought 20 boxes so I had to run to uhaul and buy $300 in supplies. I rented a uhaul but they only filled their truck. to work took many calls to a manager. then to top it off they took my stuff to the city dump and threw it in the dump because I refused to pay more than my quote than the $4000 for 3 hours work.
As far as I can tell these people are just plain ole crooks. I wish I had read these reviews before I used them. Bc the same thing happened to me that happened to so many others. I was quoted a price that was reasonable. When I got the bill the price was over 4 times what I was quoted. They wanted to charge me $600 for materials and gas…nothing was ever mentioned to me when I spoke to them MANY times about quotes and verifying everything. In the summer of 2016 my former roommate and I were no showed by All My Sons even though we paid our deposit. Funnily enough today one of my new neighbors used them. They couldn’t figure out how to turn around at the top of our property so after about 20-30 minutes of hearing them try to back up their van they just decided to break one of our trees and leave. How lovely. What a fantastic and professional company 💩💩💩💩💩💩
This company is terrible. I asked them 4 separate times to send people familiar with moving treadmills, and low and behold, a piece gets broken off of the treadmill when being brought out of one house, and isn’t even able to be taken into my new house. One of their workers also spotted a 30 pack of beer and asked if he could take that as a tip as well as cash. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.
Ronnell and crew did an okay job at best. Would I hire them again probably not. Knicks in the wall they were not gonna tell me about until I noticed it and said something. They were supposed to arrive between 8:30 AM through 9:00 AM they ended up arriving around 9:50 AM. The day of delivery, They had some truck trouble we’re not able to make it till 11:30 PM.
