I think the cost was extremely too expensive for one load of furniture. I was shaken at the cost my son had to pay. The movers were nice and very helpful, but the cost was almost equal to one month cost of his rent. I felt bad for him, he didn’t fully understand the rate ..
*MUST READ* Before I start the actual review, please read this! Nate is extremely sketchyy. Nate made the movers take pictures of my Visa card with their PERSONAL CELL PHONE. I sent Nate a email with my Visa card, they also took the numbers off the card with some type of copier in person. So they got pictures, a email, And a copy of the card. They have hidden fees & bad customer service.
Just don’t do it. A friend has had a terrible experience with them!
Multiple doorways need repainting. Broken dishes. Mirror dropped and broken and left in attic with no explanation. I found it when I did a double check to make sure they got everything.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING WITHOUT READING THE FOLLOWING!!!! They broke multiple pieces of furniture. Ruined a beautiful hard wood floor by scratching it with one of the pieces of furniture they broke. They left a television in the street which we found the next morning. The second crew of people they sent the next day for damage control, found one of their moving quilts full of glad they had broken, stuffed behind furniture. my daughter Need to move So she called several moving company’s All My Sons Moving was the best price She was told for 139 she would get 3workers and the truck for that price. I had a horrible experience moving with this company. I was told that I would be met to start my move at a certain time. DID NOT HAPPEN. No one called or notified me of the delay until 15 minutes after the expected time of arrival. It wasn’t until 4 hours later that anyone showed up. The movers did not wrap anything as I was told and just threw them on the truck. Nothing about this moving experience was convenient or satisfying. I would’ve been better off saving my money and doing it myself!

Stole over $20,000 worth of jewelry from us. Broke many valuable items. Took two marble tabletops back to store and never notified us they had them. When I called they were like “oh yeah we have those here” - they had been there six weeks. The movers also trashed the house we were moving from. When I originally called the claim office in Dallas and talked to some guy he hung up on me. When I called the Little Rock Office promises were made about them investigating on their end.
