Nothing...My best advice is RUN!! Use a different mover!This has been the worst move ever because of these unprofessionals. They forgot the bars for the wardrobe boxes and without asking decided to stuff my hanging clothes... I have nothing without wrinkles. All of our clothes have to be laundered or sent to the cleaners. They dumped the drawers of my chest and night stand into a wardrobe box. My glass decorative items were not wrapped in bubble wrap. Our experience was terrible! All sorts of promises for packing, loading, and moving our goods were made. An extensive inventory was done over the phone two days before the move date. Moving crew were late; careless in packing; left many items UNpacked; some items damaged (antiques) or missing (diamond jewelry); truck was insufficient size; many items were left behind for us to move at additional expense; lateness of departure meant my husband needed a hotel room en route to our new city. I also left a review about being ripped off, mine was deleted as well. At least the news has gotten wind of this and is bringing this out in the open. Quoted $360, had to pay $637 to get my stuff that they held hostage last year. Shame on you!
I also left a horrible review about how they scammed me just like everyone else. I will continue to leave this 1 star because it is rhe lowest i can give. I will also continue to share my story with everyone. I am so glad that KARK has picked it up!
Wrote a review before but sadly it's gone. They charged my sister almost twice the price then originally quoted. She had to pay the money to get her stuff back. Now KATV is on to them as well. Good job 7 on your side.
Awful company... they billed 3 times the amount of the original quote after they had my furniture as ransom!!! $1,261 for a few items!!!
Please BEWARE!!!!! I was quoted $99 an hour it took 4 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. Caught the driver in back of truck talking to his girlfriend on my time. Oh MY GOD DID I mention they rescheduled my move 3 times in one day! Very inconvenient. Look for the hidden charges. Final price was $539.00�
I was very happy with the two people who moved me but was unhappy with extra charges like a $59.00 fuel sir charge and $71.00 packing fee, when they used no packing material. I hate to be charged for service I didn't get
