Matt and his crew were terrific. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right!
I was nervous about hiring them because their Yelp reviews are pretty bad. But after speaking with Wyland, I felt more secure in hiring them. They were very fast in the move - in fact they did the move in half the time of what they originally estimated. In all fairness we had already moved a bunch of our stuff. All in all it was a good move. They worked hard and got it done. The team we had was great about working with me to get all the furniture placed just where we needed it and they did it all with a smile.
These guys are great. I couldn't find anyone else who would even show up the same day. They arrived within a couple of hours of my call and did a nice professional job of packing and moving my stuff. Nice people.
They rescued me from my other moving service that never showed up! They were saviors! They were able to get me in the next day.
I hired all my sons moving and storage when I sold my house and moved into a condo. The whole thing was a nightmare. When they were packing up my house to put it in storage for a few days until I could move into the condo. They broke my bed frame. They dropped the bed frame. I will provide a brief summary that hopefully conveys the extreme disappointment: -Bait & Switch pricing tactics. -Thousands of dollars in damage to my property. -Poor attitude at having to do one's job. -Remarkably inappropriate comments dissenting against religion made towards customers. I will never use this company again, and I will dissuade anyone and everyone from their use until the end of my days.
the move itself was good, no issues the crew showed up on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They were wrapped up early with the job, After move was completed my fianc� discovered that her engagement ring and Apple Watch were missing from her jewelry box. I was disappointed I had to wait a long time for them to arrive, 3pm. They knew my job was maybe 2 hours. They had another job also and chose to do it first. Otherwise they did do a great job.
I wanted to give this company a higher rating but the manager,Ryan,ruined it.I was told by a customer service representative that I would be given a 45 minute to hour warning before my movers showed up.They called me saying they would be there in 15 minutes when I was out getting breakfast.I informed them of what I was told and they politely ended the call to speak with Ryan.Ryan called and told me that the customer service rep who told me I would get a timely warning was wrong and that I had to be there now to meet the move... read more
