I handled this move for a good friend of mine, last name Mckellar. I have used this company before and never had an issue. Seems to me like major cutbacks have happened since I used them years ago. The price my friend ended up paying was nearly double the initial quote. All items were already boxed and organized. The movers seemed to start with gusto, then at least one of them was taking a break on and off most of the day and their pace slowed to a crawl. The movers cracked my 65" smart TV & offered $125 for the claim. They took over 3 hours to move me within the same apartment complex. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS. THEY ARE NEGELGENT & will quote you one price & charge you a different one!
They broke my dining room table and only want to give me $240 for a $4000 table. I told them this table means everything to me but they broke it because of negligence. This was a family heirloom and I 100% regret not going with a different company. If you are debating between two companies go with the other one because the claims department is horrible and will rip you off and leave you to pick up the pieces... Literally... This is the worst moving company I� ve ever used. They did not even wrap my Bernhardt bed, set it on the street on the fabric top twice. It took them 5 hours to move one bedroom of furniture and some boxes. Do NOT use this company
This was a botched move. The two movers themselves apparently dropped some of my belongings and lost others. When I called the rep after I was mostly unpacked and told him that I was missing items he said he would look into it� � My rep was Marc and he said he contacted Nathan who said John the driver would then call me. NOBODY CALLED. They picked up my Portland belongings on August 2 and unloaded and on August 5, 2021. August 7 was the first time I contacted Marc about missing and damaged items. TERRIBLE AND I THINK THE COMPANY STOLE FROM US. NEVER USE. We hired All My Sons moving company to move 30 minutes across Las Vegas from one home to another. They caused unfixable damage to my $3500 fridge and forgot to unload a piece of gum equipment from their truck. Once I noticed I contacted the driver who confirmed to me he found it in the truck after our move and � didn� t know whose it was� even though we were they last move?? The men that work for the company are great. the dispatcher, not so much! He sent the wrong truck and could not get all the goods in the told me it was my responsibility. Also that I should find another way to get to my new home in a different city and if I didn't like it he would have them unload my stuff on the curb. He would not let me talk to his boss. So I called the BBB.
The worst!
They are not upfront with the full cost of their service.
