The movers are great, but the company are crooks. My opinion. I wanted to tip the movers because they were great, but I was told that you have to tip the movers directly and do not add the tip when paying the bill through the office because the company keeps the tips. That is horrible that a company would not give the tips to the movers.
Dealing with this company was a nightmare! They were 3 hours late, they charged us $500 over the quoted price since they had to pull a team from Phoenix -as the Mesa location ( that we booked 2 months in advance) because the movers all called out sick the day of our move- and we were informed of this 20 minutes before our appointment time. The manager advised we would not be charged any extra for this mistake- but HE LIED AND WE WERE CHARGED— $500 extra!!! They also dropped our gun safe ( leaving a big scrape on it) becaus... read more
Terrible company. I had such a bad experience with my move that I will be contacting the attorney general. I’ve read several other reviews with similar experiences to mine. Do not hire this company unless you like paying extensive amounts of money for terrible services. I could go in listing everything that went wrong with my move, but I would be here all day. The manager in the office was no help as well. I’ve been ripped off in the past, but never anything like this. Please stay away from this company.

I moved across town, 7 miles. Usually I would just move myself but I recently had hernia repair. The guy told me it was $140 for two guys with a 3 hour minimum + $50 fuel charge so $470. They screwed over my friend Thai, trying to stick him with charges that were never disclosed in advance, and providing less than competent service. Sadly for this company, people in Thai’s profession look out for each other, so we are getting the word out nationwide that All My Sons can’t be trusted to provide fair pricing OR reasonable customer service.

They just moved my friend Thai … meanwhile they acted like they couldn’t find his address so they could charge him an extra hr .. meanwhile they stopped at a market on his dime !! They charged him for two rolls of tape when they barely used a few inches on wrapping one carpet … making your costumer happy goes a long way and you guys were more worried about making a quick buck smdh now looking at the better business bureaus website it looks as if you guys have had numerous complaints … shady business
This place I would never ever recommend! For the price, it was absolutely outrageous and still no one will get back to me!! I did the 2 hour minimum and the 1 hour of drive time they require, so add that up at $159.00 a hour... it took them one hour to load my small 950 square foot apartment up and then one hour drive time to my new place (which was not a hour away but only 18 minutes) then it took less then a hour to unload my stuff from the truck because I had others helping (which the movers said was fine it would cut dow... read more
