Do not hire this company, they are very nasty, elder abuse left me in a mess which has cost me a lot. Of money, a bunch of missing and broken items. I requested packing and unpacking due to me being 85, handicapped, a widow, no problem? They should not have a license, left things at the apt. I calked and asked them to bring my stuff, NO is what I got, an em0loyee at the apt. Brought my stuff. I got an original quote almost three weeks before my move. On the day of the move, when the crew was practically finished, I got a call saying that the cost had increased over $2300. That was almost the double amount of the original quote. I called and asked to speak to an owner or someone in control. I was assured, I would receive a call back. That was three weeks ago, and I have not heard from them yet.The crew was fantastic, but I would not recommend this company.
Very disappointed.
All my sons moving company was a terrible experience. With the virus, they were not supposed to use other peoples bathrooms. They used my bathroom and my x-husbands. They were in the bathroom for a lot longer than, you would expect. Their moving costs were very high, for poor service. All the driver cared about was charging me as much as possible, for his benefit. Their prices were very high, for the few items, I has them cello wrap. Prior to the move, I was told at least six times that a team of "professional movers" would be completing the move. I was informed they would charge to wrap my beds and box springs as to not dirty them on the truck floor. All of my boxes were labeled and some had FRAGILE in big black marker on the top of the box. They did show up on time and the ;professional movers were courteous but did not ask a lot of questions. I will not recommend, nor will I be using them in the future.

BEWARE!!!! This company does not care and they will not pay for damages !!!! I am extremely unhappy with the Las Vegas movers and the Corporate claims department at this Texas based company. Not only were the movers from August 18th, 2019 reckless with my $13,000 bedroom set but the crew manager used profanity in describing me when he did not know I was standing right behind him.
