First we received a quote. He gave me a quote of 1200$ then when speaking to my husband the quote became more realistic at 500$. Once moving day came along, two men called and stated they would be at my house between 930/940. Unreliable & Unprofessional and insult you and call you a liar to boot! Reserved and paid them $100 to unload a professionally packed UPack trailer from the trailer into storage facility with a delivery of 3 items to my daughter’s home. My 8 a.m. move was changed by THEM to between 1 - 5 p.m. They then showed up and looked in the U-Pack trailer to be unloaded and ALL MY SONS WALKED OFF AND QUIT! Unbelievably rude to boot! I previously have recommended this company for over 20 years, And unfortunately this is a situation that happened which I must share it must share and has changed my viewpoint about this company. as they recently did a terrible disservice to a retired veteran who is a senior citizen and a transgendered artist of Las Vegas. These scumbags should be bankrupt and hustling on the street next to uhaul. Canceling on the date and time they were supposed to show up. Even though they called twice the day before to confirm. You’ve been warned. If you use them you’re a lunatic.
If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. Charged almost double of initial quote. $719 for a 1 bedroom move, no appliance. I heard the "boss" pressuring the mover to sell me more packing materials . I mean $38 for tape and $65 for plastic wrap, for couches that didn't even need to be wrapped, plus the wrapping took almost an hour, intentionally I'm sure. Worst moving experience I've ever had. The two men that moved my stuff were hours late. I had to call them to see when they were coming. They were rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. They tried to charge $42 me without telling me for their "speed pack" which was a box on wheels they only put four couch cushions in. They asked for a tip and were disrespectful when I told them I didn't have a bank here so it had to be on the card.
