This was the worst experience that we have ever had with all of the relocations that we have had. First off, the crew turned up late by 1hr. We were informed by salesman that they were more expensive than others, but quality was above and beyond all others..We elected to opt for this. We were told all crew of 5 would be full time experienced employees. When they eventually did show up, yes, 5 showed up, and only one was experienced, the other 4 were clearly not. I am not happy with the guys that moved my mothers furniture. They broke one of the drawers in her dresser.
Should be All my Scamming Sons! The bait and switch was well rehearsed and well thought out. Read the yelp reviews. This is their business model.
My poor senior grandmother was robbed. For 3 hours of work and travel 20 minutes away they charged almost $1000. Management did not care, lack of empathy for an elderly woman on a fixed income moving to senior living. They only moved furniture. Didn't even have to pack or move boxes. Horrible service. Totally unprofessional. Left garbage and trash all over the yard. Tried to access parts of my home that clearly said DO NOT ENTER. Zero respect. Zero professionalism.
** DO NOT USE IF YOUNG WOMAN** I would never recommend All My Sons. After multiple phone calls confirming the supplies I needed for my move and the number of people that would help me, they showed up with no supplies and an extra man. When I talked to the office they asked one of the men to come back to get the supplies. They still charged me for this time. Let's see where to start...ok, first the positive. We had a group of decent movers one guy who hustled one guy who was new, and one guy who thought his job was just to disassemble and reassemble furniture. Now everything else...They damaged our property. Also they loaded all of our stuff on to the truck and THEN had us sign our contract. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY !! I paid $11,000 as a single female, and the 2 trucks and 4 men LEFT MID MOVE!! ALL of my furniture was damaged,nothing put together, and the men snuck away mid move!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during a move on 23 and 24 August 2022. I thought I was going to have a stress-free experience by paying the higher price with All My Sons. This was not the case. To start, the truck arrived an hour later than the driver said they would during a phone call when they were leaving their office.
