Horrible service. Totally unprofessional. Left garbage and trash all over the yard. Tried to access parts of my home that clearly said DO NOT ENTER. Zero respect. Zero professionalism.
** DO NOT USE IF YOUNG WOMAN** I would never recommend All My Sons. After multiple phone calls confirming the supplies I needed for my move and the number of people that would help me, they showed up with no supplies and an extra man. When I talked to the office they asked one of the men to come back to get the supplies. They still charged me for this time. Let's see where to start...ok, first the positive. We had a group of decent movers one guy who hustled one guy who was new, and one guy who thought his job was just to disassemble and reassemble furniture. Now everything else...They damaged our property. Also they loaded all of our stuff on to the truck and THEN had us sign our contract. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY !! I paid $11,000 as a single female, and the 2 trucks and 4 men LEFT MID MOVE!! ALL of my furniture was damaged,nothing put together, and the men snuck away mid move!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during a move on 23 and 24 August 2022. I thought I was going to have a stress-free experience by paying the higher price with All My Sons. This was not the case. To start, the truck arrived an hour later than the driver said they would during a phone call when they were leaving their office. Worst moving experience ever. The movers broke the leg off of one of my in-laws’ dresser. They annoyed the management staff of the apartment complex by blocking the elevator rendering it useless to other residents. When they piled boxes and lamps in the elevator, two lamps fell over and got bent. The movers just laughed about it. BEWARE! The company is horrible but the guys moving were awesome. We were quoted $129 per hour for a 2hour minimum and a 12% fuel charge but our bill came out to $461. This Marvin King guy didn't care kept telling me he was the owner and there was no one above him. LOL What a joke. Their quote only gives you 1 price, there are no other prices are there so it's very misleading. This was our first time ever using a moving company. I got charged 1200 when quote was 650 for a 3 bedroom estimate…2 bedroom sets,4 TVs ,living room n tiny table….new house literally up the street from old 12 minutes ….after they were done they said $1200 I laughed bc that includes the $100 deposit they took!!
