charged my parents by the hour, then sent only 2 people that took their time. they broke the dining room table and after 30 days the company is only going to pay $120 when it will cost $900 to replace don't use them.
BEWARE HIDDEN COSTS I’ve used this company twice trying to give them a second chance but it won’t happen again. The first time I had them out just to unload a UHAUL and the guys were great. They unloaded quickly and were careful, etc. However, the guy on the phone confirmed with me the minimum labor cost was one hour. It took 20 minutes to unload my truck and that was fine except that when it came time to pay my bill I was told SURPRISE it was a two hour minimum so it cost me about $300 to get a handful of items unloaded ... read more
please dont use this company. They left 3 car fulls worth of items at the house. My family and I had to make 2 trips to clear everything they left behind. I tried to call the company to discuss this issue and they answered and hung up. Never answered again. Went to their store location and found it was abandoned.

This company has no ethics or integrity. They will not honor their contract commitments and they will damage your furniture.
Absolutely no follow up regarding damages to the house I was moving out of! I called and spoke with Mark Meier -he said he'd speak to the team and get back with me. I moved on June 26th it's now July 11th and I haven't spoke to him yet. even calling to deny damage would be better than just ignoring me.

I set these guys up at the last minute because my first ones did not show. Their first crew came in, walked through my house, said nothing and left. This was after after I paid a 200 dollar deposit. The second crew came back and was awesome. They told us how to fix the boxes for packing so everything went smooth. they worked from 1230 to 430...to a tune of 716.00. Their company guy named Phil was trying to charge me over 900.00 that I did not have and then was threatening to lock my things in their storage for 200 a night... read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They damaged my furniture beyond repair and lost pieces to my beds!! I have mattresses sitting on my floors because the beds cannot be reassembled. The movers had no clue how to pack and move my items properly. One of the guys dropped and shattered my desk right in front of me and told me to claim it. There were supposed to be 4 movers, 3 showed up. One of the 3 was injured and sat in the truck another wanted to talk all day and had no training-- it was his first day. My move was a nightmare.
