Worst moving experience ever. The movers broke the leg off of one of my in-laws’ dresser. They annoyed the management staff of the apartment complex by blocking the elevator rendering it useless to other residents. When they piled boxes and lamps in the elevator, two lamps fell over and got bent. The movers just laughed about it. BEWARE! The company is horrible but the guys moving were awesome. We were quoted $129 per hour for a 2hour minimum and a 12% fuel charge but our bill came out to $461. This Marvin King guy didn't care kept telling me he was the owner and there was no one above him. LOL What a joke. Their quote only gives you 1 price, there are no other prices are there so it's very misleading. This was our first time ever using a moving company. I got charged 1200 when quote was 650 for a 3 bedroom estimate…2 bedroom sets,4 TVs ,living room n tiny table….new house literally up the street from old 12 minutes ….after they were done they said $1200 I laughed bc that includes the $100 deposit they took!! On top of gas charge -and time -as they found the need to stop at a store while heading to the house with my furniture smh. Stop quoting people and leaving out hidden fees !!! I received a verbal quote from Brittany, then the movers attempted to charge me $189.00 more than Brittany's quote and refused to unload all my property and drove off with it when I refused to pay the extra money. I tried contacting the local manager but he would not take my calls or answer my emails. They still have some of my property and I feel like I've been "ripped off". Highly, highly disappointed.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to then! HORRIBLE SERVICE from drivers to front office! Sons bed broke a few days after we got our stuff delivered and he's crashed down on him. Sent office pictures and they refused to even take responsibility! We found 2 long bolts under the bed ! BE VERY CAREFUL! They promise all kinds of things! When guys got to our new house refused to even unlock truck until we paid in full. SO MUCH FOR BY THE HOUR SERVICE !

****BEWARE*****DON’T USE THESE GUYS TO MOVE***** They send you unprofessional movers who do not know how to pack item. They took double the amount of time it should have taken for the load, which cost double then what we were quoted. They shoved around boxes they were not taking and broke a valuable piece of art due to carelessness and refused to pay for the repair. So beware if they break your $2500 TV in a move they will only pay you $50 bucks or .60 cents a pound.

my refrigerator was damaged and now that I'm trying to call someone now body is answering the phone and after I got hold of the person that moved us is saying that I damaged the refrigerator myself

Who do I need to speak to about the San Antonio franchise holding my belongings hostage for 8 days after increasing the price of my move over 3x the estimated amount?? Reviews show I'm not the first person you've pulled this scam on!
