Posting for her. So I literally had the worst day today !!! So I hired movers cause I moved to a new place... I was quoted $109.00 an hour with a deposit of $100 that was going towards the balance.. they literally charged me for 4 1/2 hours for 2 hours of work! When I got my total I called the office and was yelled at by the manager when I asked if I could talk now I said 3 words and he began to yell over me again. Absolutely the worst movers I’ve ever hired, they broke my recliner. They also showed up without tools! How do you show up without any tools?!? Do not use these movers under any circumstance!!!! Zero customer service! Stay away from this service!!!!!! I’d give them ZERO stars if I could! Update: Spoke to Debora in claims... they wanted to offer me $25 for breaking the base of my recliner. These guys will scam you first chance they get. Very unprofessional and have lost several cases in court, which have not been paid. They have liens filed against them as well. Very easy to look up. Take your business elsewhere.
Do not hire! Horrible experience. Movers stole my daughter’s PS4. Also stole some video games she had in her chest of drawers, meaning they went through her personal things! Pathetic

Had an almost perfect experience with All my Sons yesterday. The team was fantastic. Louis was the leader with Robert, Caesar, and Carey. They were courteous, friendly, polite. My complaint is that they broke a brand new dresser I had just bought and didn’t tell me. They put it in my room and I didnt notice till today the huge crack. I emailed All my Sons immediately to show a picture and ask for a credit and it’s about 6 hours later and I’ve gotten no response. Not feeling very hopeful.
