Terrible. I called and told the man at All My Sons Moving and Storage when I needed help and described in detail how many beds, dressers, tables, couches, et. They came later than expected and said they thought they were coming to a much smaller apartment. I had told the person when booking the appt. that there were 3 bedrooms and that my son was moving to another 3 bedroom apartment. Both units were upstairs on the 2nd floor.
