We would highly recommend that everyone stay away. We used All My Sons/Corpus Christi to store and eventually move furniture for a weekend home. We were quoted a price over the phone, though never received any sort of invoice or statement (nothing in writing that broke the costs down). We thought the price was high, but do-able. The next day, the 'office manager' (I use that term loosely) called and said that the amount owed was going to be $2,000 more than what she had quoted the day before. This review is for moving from one city to another within Texas from one house to another house with the moving company also packing in addition to just the move - so it was a fairly big move. I've moved plenty of times over the years and know pretty much what to expect from professional movers. Setup: Very friendly and professional. Terrible. I called and told the man at All My Sons Moving and Storage when I needed help and described in detail how many beds, dressers, tables, couches, et. They came later than expected and said they thought they were coming to a much smaller apartment. I had told the person when booking the appt. that there were 3 bedrooms and that my son was moving to another 3 bedroom apartment. Both units were upstairs on the 2nd floor.
